Pickett’s Deli & Rotisserie
I’m looking forward to giving travelers a true taste of the quality of Melbourne food, from our house cured and smoked bacon, slow roasted overnight and carved in the morning to order for dishes such our much-loved bacon and egg buttie, to our roast chicken coated in our secret rub in delicious baguettes. The best produce prepared and served in the best way.
In December 2019, I brought my Queen Victoria Market concept, which originally open in 2016, to terminal three – opening Pickett’s Deli & Rotisserie in the former P. J. O’Brien’s space. Take a seat at the communal table or in a booth…watch the rotisserie turn, and enjoy a selection of snacks and dishes showcasing Victorian produce at it’s best.
The all-day eatery serves as the ideal pit-stop for an early morning coffee, breakfast, eat in or takeaway lunch or dinner, also offering cocktails and wines by the glass.
Why not even take a piece of the deli away with you with something from our retail range.
